How To Let Go Of Everyone And Everything That's Negative In Your Life
There are things that have occurred in everyone’s life that are perceived and received as negative. These things have changed who you are, the trajectory of your life, and fundamentally how you think and feel about yourself. As a result, you hold on to people, places and things, to situations that are best let go. Most people know what they need to let go of, yet they struggle with how to accomplish this.
In today’s podcast, Dr. Wendy Dearborne Choice and Universal Laws of Attraction expert will share insights on how to achieve your goal.

Winter Spinach Harvested From Our Garden
Переглядів 104 місяці тому
We harvested the last of our spinach winter crop yesterday. I prepared stir fried shrimp with garlic, ginger and spinach. I served this sushi rice. It was absolutely delicious. There is much to be said for growing your own food. I’m jazzed, it’s like going from farm to table. Albeit, a teeny weeny little macro farm. We’re in the process of prepping and planting our spring crops. And looking for...
Stir Fry Red & White Cabbage With Crispy Potatoes

This is a quick stir fry that can be eaten by itself as an entrée, as a side dish, or as part of the main course by adding a protein of your choice! The 5 keys to successfully cooking this recipe is (1) Having a hot wok or sauté pan. (2) Adding the vegetables in increments, so they stir fry and don't steam. (3) Keep everything moving in the wok. (4) Work quickly so you don't burn your food. (5)...

Roasted Buttery Garlic

Roasted buttery garlic brings a warmth and depth of flavor to any dish or recipe that requires garlic. Roasting the garlic rounds out the pungent edge that can sometimes overwhelm a dish. Spicy Octopus With Garlic And Pan Roasted Potatoes
Переглядів 2810 місяців тому
Deliciousness on a plate! This recipe is inspired by one of my favorite appetizers served at Vintner Grill. Much like calamari, shrimp, and lobster, if octopus is overcooked the texture turns to rubber. And that texture is awful. Once the baby potatoes are boiled, this recipe comes together in about 20 minutes, and most of that time is taken with sautéing the potatoes.

General Tso's Brown Garlic Shrimp With Vegetables

A pescetarian twist on a classic North American Chinese restaurant favorite. General Tso's sauce is spicy, sweet, sour and accentuates the natural flavor of the shrimp. In my version I've added a vegetables to the sauce. There are a few moving parts to this recipe, but it is so worth it. Once you have made this recipe you can use it on any protein you like, to create your own version of General...

      With powerful blenders like Vitamix, Blendtec etc., your process time should be NO more than 2 minutes. After that the your nut milk might start getting hot, especially in the Vitamix. When using other blenders, you'll need to blend for a longer period of time. I hope that helps!

    Your recipe is eye opening. I tried making mayonnaise before using a mixer, olive oil and a very old-schooled recipe. Needless to say, it wasn't good and took 5x longer to come together. After that I swore off of mayo making 😂. Your recipe looks much more simple and efficient. I also really like the idea of customizing the flavor. 👍🏽

    😲🤯What??? I just learned so much! 1. I did not know they had gluten free panko. 2. I've never heard of letting the breaded shrimp sit for awhile (but it makes sense because the breading will absorb moisture) 3. Letting it cool in between frying. However, why did you use egg whites instead of the whole egg? I love fried shrimp and will be putting this in my recipe box.

    • @Drwendydearborne
      @Drwendydearborne 3 роки тому

      I just saw this message. SMH!!! I use the egg whites because it makes for a lighter batter and a crispy end product than using the whole egg.

    “Going overboard” or over-exerting can be a sign of fear which, of course, can slow down and even stop the progress to what you say you want. Consciously or unconsciously one may be communicating that one does not trust in the unseen (and uncontrollable )part of the process. Indeed, faith without works is dead, but excessive work may be indicative of insufficient faith.

    • @Drwendydearborne
      @Drwendydearborne 4 роки тому

      Well said, and so very true Jamila! Excessive work that is not divinely inspired and or without intrinsic direction can have us running on the spot and going to a place called nowhere. And for most people Jamila, they Do Not trust the UNSEEN! I'm guilty of that! Yet if they, like me, reflect on our lives, by going into the silence they, like me will see, everything in our lives has come from the UNSEEN. And it's true, you must know the work that you are doing so you can be faithful!
